The Sales Representative's primary responsibility will be promoting and selling services related to Hilton East's Senior Living Facility, such as assisted living accommodations, amenities and care services. Responsibilities may include conducting tours for potential residents, building relationships with families and patients, explaining the benefits of assisted living, and assisting with the admission process. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively address the needs and concerns of seniors and their families. Additionally, a Sales professional in this role may collaborate with marketing efforts to attract prospective residents.


Responsibilities:

- Conduct tours of the assisted living facility for potential residents and their families, highlighting amenities and care services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents and their families, addressing their questions and concerns.

- Clearly articulate the benefits of assisted living, emphasizing the personalized care and supportive community environment.

- Collaborate with marketing efforts to create promotional materials and participate in outreach events to attract potential residents.

- Assist in the admission process, providing guidance and support to families during the transition to assisted living.

- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion techniques.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in senior living regulations.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, tours, and sales activities in the CRM system.

- Work collaboratively with the facility's team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for residents.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the senior living or healthcare industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with seniors and their families.

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing sales processes.

- Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with seniors and their families.

- Knowledge of assisted living regulations and services is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.


Intellectual:

· Must be responsible, consistent and able to meet commitments

· Must have good judgment and know when additional assistance is required.

· Must be able to multi-task and be able to organize and structure responsibility.

· Must be able to efficiently work independently

· Must have excellent time management skills and utilize “down” time efficiently.


Social:

· Good communication skills are necessary, if you are not a people person; this job is not a good match for you.

· Must be able to treat people who need assistance with kindness and respect, regardless of the patient’s mood or your mood.

· Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

· Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.


Physical:

· Must be able to withstand long periods of sitting.

· Must be able to lift perform physical activity that require moving ones whole body, such as in climbing, reaching, lifting, balancing, walking, bending and pushing, where the activities often also require considerable use of the arms and legs, such as in the physical handling of materials.

· Employees must not have any weight restrictions to avoid injury.


Compliance:

· Must have current (within 30 days of employment)Physical.

· Must have current PPD test with a negative result.
