We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Graphics team in Akron, Ohio.

Akron, OH is where you’ll find LSI’s hub for the Printed Retail Graphics & Décor, Digital Solutions, and Adapt Program Implementation businesses. These businesses provide turnkey product and service solutions to the Grocery, Quick Serve Restaurant, Retail Petroleum & Convenience Store and Pharmacy vertical markets.

SUMMARY:

Manages and coordinates activity of accounts and support team. Ensures high degree of customer satisfaction through a high level of service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages a variety of accounts by maintaining a full working knowledge of account forecasts, products, design intent, profitability, pricing, product line, invoicing, and installation
  • Processes assigned sales orders by reviewing input from customers or National Account Manager and enters into the computer database system
  • Serves as liaison for internal and external customers and suppliers for assigned accounts by providing effective and efficient lines of communication. Serves as secondary contact on accounts assigned
  • Communicates customer developments and expectations with the Sales and Production teams
  • Satisfies any requirements needed by customer or National Account Manager concerning any aspect of products and services offered
  • Prepares correspondence or quotes for customers by following established procedures and formats
  • Coordinates workflow that may be required to support the accounts using effective communication, motivation and leadership skills
  • Produces and distributes required account-related reports
  • Assists the Sales Team in scheduled meetings with internal and external customers
  • Creates and maintains internal customer files in good order
  • Analyzes and manages inventory levels on an ongoing basis
  • Monitors and coordinates slow moving or obsolete inventory
  • Processes internal forms for management of customer inventory requirements
  • Processes internal forms for Production to provide services and products
  • Works with Graphic Design and Production Arts Departments to ensure accurate graphic specifications
  • Interfaces with all Production Departments for timely completion of graphic programs
  • Coordinates installation requirements with customers and Installation Department
  • Communicates changes to Production Departments and customers in a timely manner
  • Strives for commitments for customer production needs on a timely basis for internal scheduling
  • Responds to internal communication requests on a timely basis
  • Prepares weekly billing forecasts by the end of the day each Thursday

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
