Pay Rate: $22-25/Hr. (Depending on Experience)

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 2+ years of experience in restoration and/or constructionSuperb customer service track record
  • Knowledge and skills to perform various construction services as needed (Specifically flooring installation, drywall, and painting)
  • Must be willing to be on call occasionally due to our 24-hour emergency services/ Some night and weekend work is required
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Perform daily fieldwork including drywall, paint, trim, cabinetry, rough and finish carpentry, flooring, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC.
  • Inventory and load vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies needed for the job.
  • Assist with managing subcontractors
  • Pick up and deliver material supplies.
  • Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
  • Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance at the end of each day.
