BOM Specialist

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

· Creating and maintaining BOMs for manufacturing processes.

· Coordinating with various departments to ensure BOM accuracy.

· Troubleshooting any issues that arise with the BOM.

• Working closely with the production team to ensure smooth operations.
• Conducting regular audits of the BOM to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborating with the design team to incorporate new product designs into the BOM.
• Providing technical support to the production and procurement teams.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Training staff on BOM procedures and best practices.
• Continuously improving BOM processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

• Software skills of SOLIDWORKS and Aptean Intuitive ERP.
• Proven experience as a BOM Engineer or similar role in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and BOM management.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in BOM software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
