Currently, we are in the process of completing interviews for Behavior Technicians in the Corona and surrounding areas. We are looking for Behavior Technicians who are not only passionate but also determined to provide 1:1 direct in-home ABA therapy for children on the Autism Spectrum. This is a part-time position with a fixed schedule, offering flexibility between 3 PM and 8 PM, Monday through Friday. Compensation ranges from $20 to $26 per hour, and we provide additional benefits, including compensation for same-day client cancellations, travel time, and mileage reimbursement.

Ad Astra also offers Behavior Technicians the opportunity to participate in the RBT Certification Program, leading to registration as a behavior technician with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). Beyond this, there are growth prospects that extend to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

As a Behavior Technician of our team, your responsibilities will be:

  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to foster positive behaviors and skill development in individuals with unique abilities.
  • Work closely with families, providing guidance, support, and training to empower them to continue the ABA strategies at home.
  • Engage in collaboration with a team of professionals, using a synergistic approach to individualized care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records to track progress, making data-driven decisions that lead to the most magical outcomes.
