We are looking for someone to:

- Provide personalized, 1:1 patient care, focusing on evaluations, tailored treatment plans, continuous optimization of patient outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with team members in an open treatment environment, promoting seamless patient care.
- Participate in weekly meetings to discuss challenges, outcomes, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Licensed physical therapist in Missouri, dedicated to empowering patients and committed to ongoing professional development.
- Comfortable working with diverse patient demographics and providing care across a wide range of conditions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for motivating and engaging patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with patients and collaborate with colleagues.

- Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred.
