We are seeking a talented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with expertise in Datadog monitoring, Microsoft Azure cloud platform, and experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to join our dynamic team. The SRE will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud-based infrastructure and applications, with a focus on integrating and optimizing Salesforce CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps principles, automation, and experience with monitoring, managing, and optimizing Salesforce CPQ implementations.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage monitoring solutions using Datadog to monitor the health, performance, and availability of cloud-based systems, applications, and services.
Configure and manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure components, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to integrate, configure, and optimize Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and performance objectives.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure as code (IaC) templates using tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates to streamline deployment and management processes.
Lead incident response and resolution efforts for cloud-based systems and applications, including root cause analysis, post-mortem reviews, and implementing preventive measures to minimize future incidents.
Design and implement scalable and resilient architectures for Salesforce CPQ implementations, leveraging best practices and industry standards to optimize performance and reliability.
Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including developers, Salesforce administrators, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation and operation of Salesforce CPQ solutions.
Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in SRE, cloud computing, and Salesforce CPQ, and recommend improvements and optimizations to enhance system performance and reliability.
Mentor junior team members and provide training and support as needed to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or similar role in a cloud-based environment.
Hands-on experience with Datadog monitoring and analytics platform, including configuring dashboards, alerts, and integrations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud platform, including Azure services such as VMs, storage, networking, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation, configuration, and optimization, including integration with other systems and applications.
Strong scripting and automation skills with proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, or similar.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or Salesforce Certified Administrator is a plus.
