What You’ll Do:
  • Precision Assembly: Inspect, trim, and assemble custom-made products to meet exact customer specifications.
  • Operate Equipment: Work with various tools and machines like laser micrometers, glue machines, and heat elements to ensure top-quality assembly.
  • Quality Control: Use magnification equipment and gauges to meticulously inspect parts and detect even the smallest defects.
  • Document Work: Keep accurate records of all materials and labor used during assembly, ensuring everything meets our high standards.
What You’ll Need:
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with basic math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Experience: Previous experience in quality control or manufacturing is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training to get you up to speed.
  • Physical Requirements: Light physical work including repetitive motions, overhead tasks, and sitting for extended periods. Fine motor skills and keen eyesight are crucial for handling small parts.
