Residential Sales Associate

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential sales, a passion for landscaping, and excellent interpersonal skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company and play a key role in creating stunning outdoor environments for our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct on-site consultations with potential clients to understand their landscaping and irrigation needs.
2. Develop and present comprehensive proposals, including detailed project plans and cost estimates.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
4. Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in residential sales, preferably in the landscaping or related industry.
2. Strong knowledge of landscaping and irrigation principles.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations.
5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
7. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
