All N One Bonding and Insurance Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Producer. This is an exceptional career opportunity within the criminal justice system and insurance fields, working for a long-established and well respected agency. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail oriented and empathetic. You will need a positive attitude with exceptional customer service skills. Successful candidates must demonstrate proven abilities with prioritizing and handling a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. Insurance, sales and/or bonding experience are a big plus.
Company paid growth opportunities: We provide on-the-job training and will assist with obtaining any required licenses. The company pays training and license fees. You will be expected to obtain your applicable license(s) within 6 months of completing training. Once licenses are obtained, you will be given an opportunity to build upon your base wages with a lucrative commission structure.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting individuals once released from custody and walking them through the criminal justice process. Securing a client's release involves impeccable attention to detail while efficiently managing simultaneous incoming and outgoing calls and assisting clients seeking property insurance, life insurance, bail bonds, or surety bonds.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one (1) year in a customer service / sales position.
Must have a clean criminal history record, meaning no felonies and no more than two misdemeanors. This is REQUIRED to obtain Bail and Insurance licenses.
MUST have OPEN availability for a 24-hour business (weekends, holidays, and graveyard included).
Must obtain insurance licenses within six months of hire date.
Excellent communication skills in person and via phone and competent written skills.
Proficient in computers and open to learning various software systems.
MUST have a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skillsthe unmistakable ability to expedite given assignments with extreme attention to detail.
Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for transporting bonds to jails 24 per day/seven days a week, including holidays.
Bi-lingual a plus.
Duties:
Perform interoffice services promptly and diligently.
Ability to generate sales and achieve specific goals. New licenses will be needed and are not limited to property and casualty insurance licenses, life insurance licenses, and bail licenses.
Handle incoming calls and in-office customers, make inquiries to secure a client's release, and perform primary administrative responsibilities.
Support corporate office and other departments.
Travel to jails/courthouse to process bail bonds.
Be available to answer phone calls, assist with the bail application process, and post bonds when scheduled to be in the office and when scheduled to be on-call.
