Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our team of experienced professionals to provide electrical engineering support for a variety of projects, including high-rise office buildings, condominiums, hotels, regional malls, industrial warehouses, and municipal facilities.
- Conduct electrical design calculations, prepare drawings, specifications, and reports in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Coordinate electrical design with other disciplines such as HVAC, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems to ensure integrated and efficient designs.
- Engage in client meetings, design reviews, and construction site visits to ensure project requirements are met and resolve any technical issues.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Fluent in Spanish (both written and verbal).
- Proven consulting experience in an engineering firm, with exposure to a variety of building types, including high-rise office buildings, condominiums, hotels, regional malls, industrial warehouses, and municipal facilities.
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as REVIT, BIM, AutoCAD, and AutoDESK.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems design principles, codes, and regulations for the state of Florida
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within project deadlines.
- This is a full-time onsite position
