Immersive Learning Experience

  • Engage in a yearlong residency program starting with a 10-16 week PAID Classroom/Preceptorship.
  • Acquire acute care nursing experience through intensive training in various specialties, including Medical Surgical and limited Emergency Services.

Structured Training Schedule

  • Follow a structured schedule with 40-hour work weeks during classroom training, followed by three 12-hour shifts at the hospital during clinical preceptorship.
  • Receive regular development meetings and personalized coaching reports to monitor your progress effectively.

  • Transition seamlessly to full-time roles at the hospital upon completing the program successfully.
  • Continue your professional growth with ongoing mentorship interactions and the completion of an evidence-based capstone project.

Financial Incentives

Program Schedule:

  • Combo - MST/Telemetry Track: 12 Weeks (5 Weeks Didactic + 7 Weeks Preceptorship)
  • Combo - Critical Care Track: 13 Weeks (6 Weeks Didactic + 7 Weeks Preceptorship)
  • ED – Standalone (10+): 14 Weeks (7 Weeks Didactic + 7 Weeks Preceptorship)
