Associate HR Business Partner

Pharmaron, a leading R&D service provider in the life sciences industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate HR Business Partner to join our team in Baltimore, USA. As a HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our Human Resources activities, contributing to the success and growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive HR program success by providing consultative support and coaching to business colleagues in various HR areas, with a focus on achieving desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with business and HR teams to strategically execute key initiatives such as recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, and employee development, enhancing organizational structure and performance.
- Develop, administer, and ensure compliance with HR programs and policies, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance management, compensation, benefits, and records management, while continuously striving for process efficiency.
- Promote the value of HR programs by effectively communicating their business impact and facilitating smooth implementation to minimize disruption.
- Work alongside business leaders and HR teams to enhance employee engagement, address employee relations issues, and foster a positive organizational culture.
- Support employee training and development efforts, contributing to continuous learning and growth within the organization.
- Stay updated on HR-related training and industry best practices to enhance expertise and contribute to HR excellence.
- Fulfill any other assigned duties to contribute to overall organizational success.
Experience and Education:
- 3+ years of well-rounded HR Generalist experience.
- Experience with HR technology and use of HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and regulations.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to manage projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to identify and navigate issues/problems that are difficult and sometimes complex.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
