Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and lead a team in transforming commercial spaces? Our company specializes in office decommissioning, furniture removal, delivery and installation services. We're looking for a dynamic manager to oversee operations both in the field and at our retail location. This is a hands-on position requiring physical labor alongside a dedicated crew, managing the full lifecycle of office clear-outs, from dismantling and removal to resale, delivery and installation of new setups.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the assembly, delivery and installation of sold furniture, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Drive a 26-foot box truck for transportation of goods.

Supervise and participate in the dismantling of office furniture (cubicles, conference tables, large desks) that requires disassembly before removal.

Lead a team in loading, securing, and transporting items to our warehouse or directly to clients.

Manage the sorting process for resale items, recycling, and reassembly of furniture for sale.

Oversee the warehouse to ensure it remains clean, organized, and efficient.

Requirements:

Minimum of three years experience supervising others, and one year of driving a box truck.

Must possess a valid drivers license with the ability to drive a 26-foot box truck.

Proven track record in managing teams within a labor-intensive field. Experience in construction, logistics, or project management is highly regarded.

Physical ability to engage in laborious tasks and lead by example.

Excellent organizational skills, with a knack for problem-solving and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and direct a team effectively.

Beyond basic understanding of tools and their use.
