POSITION SUMMARY: The Check-In Administrative Assistant will be responsible for retrieving jobs from Sierra Circuits, Inc.’s website and initiate them through the Check-In process via FEMS.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Input customer specifications into Sierra Circuits, Inc.’s FEMS database in a timely manner, while escalating any issues to the CQ manager concerning file validation, file compatibility, and any other potential issues that are out of the CQ Check - In process.
  • Interacting with Sales Department to check customer data for manufacturability before quoting & enter all data in internal software ( FEMS )
  • Data validation of inputs received from customer.
  • Creating additional documents to support Check In Process ( Lamination Report, Array, Gold Coverage sheet etc depending upon requirement )
  • Programming jobs using Valor GENESIS - 2000
  • Extensive use of the CAM software provided by Valor-Genesis 2000 involving design and post process for front-end manufacturing.
  • Maintain good attendance and be punctual.
  • Respect others, their space and personal property.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities requires.

  • Associates degree in related fields or high school diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Knowledge in Printed Circuit Board is a plus.
  • 1-2 years experience in Planning/ PCB prototyping is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills:Valor- Genesis 2000, WindowsOS, Microsoft: Excel/Word/Outlook, and File Transfer Protocol.
  • Ability to learn new skills and tasks as required, especially as they relate to computer software.
  • Good mathematics aptitude and very detailed oriented.
  • Ability to read and understand Fabrication Drawings a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a professional demeanor within a fast paced environment.
  • Strong interest in providing good customer service and in aiding the sales process.
  • Ability to perform at the highest level in a fast-paced environment.
