As a Grain Originator / Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's Grain Origination efforts. Building upon your experience and proven track record in grain origination or merchandising, you will be responsible for strategic decision-making and managing producer relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and management of relationships with producers and in your territory, leveraging your expertise to foster long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Proactively engage with existing and prospective customers at a high level, providing advanced marketing insights and solutions that align with business objectives
  • Spearhead customer recruitment initiatives within the trade territory, strategically expanding market share and solidifying the companys position regionally
  • Oversee the execution of producer contracts for both delivered and FOB purchases, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Manage Truck and Rail movements to optimize logistics
