Employment Type: Full-Time, 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm (1 hour break)

Reports To: Shipping Supervisor

Position Summary:

The Order Picker is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing PPE orders for shipment. This role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring that orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately pick PPE items according to order specifications and packing lists.

- Verify and inspect orders for accuracy and quality before packing and shipment.

- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and inventory replenishment.

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet order fulfillment goals and deadlines.

- Complete required documentation accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role preferred.

- Ability to read and interpret order specifications and packing lists.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to operate tools and equipment such as pallet jacks, ladders, and carts safely.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50-70 pounds.

- Must climb ladders daily to retrieve products to be picked.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if required.
