Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:- Meet and exceed weekly sales budgets — both individual and group
- Ensure the accuracy and profitability of all contracts
- Ensure all trades are scheduled on each job
- Ensure the proper use of company Customer Relationship Management system
- Participate in weekly sales meetings
- Participate in all necessary sales training
- Utilization of prospecting software SalesRabbit
- Maintain an accurate sales log in order to track real time results
- Ensure that all jobs are being collected on within a net 30 period
- Complete contract signings
- Complete final roof walks and customer follow up
- Work closely with production managers, crews and office staff to the success of every job
- Display and always maintain professionalism
- Always conduct him / herself with honor and integrity
- Responsible for onsite project management to ensure that project expectations align with goals set
- Ongoing project management includes safety, material audit, installer issues, customer concerns, daily reports, and inspecting for deficiencies.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred
- Able to deal with unexpected challenges in a professional and calm way
- Present an attitude of professionalism, honesty, and integrity
- Ability to get along with others
