Every day will bring new and rewarding challenges as a Senior Living Administrative Assistant. You will start your day by managing various projects with a keen eye for detail. Collaborating with your team, you will ensure all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will heavily focus on communications, where you will proofread and edit materials, maintaining clarity and professionalism. The dynamic nature of this position means no two days will be the same, offering you the chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of experience in administrative duties, supporting a team
- Ability to work with Microsoft programs (Excel, PPT)
- Ability to support communications with proofreading, editing, etc.
- Strong organization and communication skills
Experience in senior living and familiarity with Canva is preferred. A bachelor's degree is also preferred but not required.
