Project Manager | Web Development

PINT seeks an experienced Project Manager to join our team of web professionals. You're a great fit with us if your career is dedicated to building for the web and if you enjoy working directly with client stakeholders and creative professionals as the driver of project success.
This is a high-visibility role requiring independence of thought and action and you are directly accountable for project planning, requirements gathering, scope delimiting, resource marshaling and management, and project delivery. You have the support of the longest-standing web agency in San Diego and decades of experience and knowledge on which to draw, but ultimately you are the one who gets the job done.
Requirements:- 5+ years of project management in a web dev, design, or marketing agency
- At least 2 years of autonomous project management experience (no day-to-day oversight from a supervisor)
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, equivalent experience will be considered
- Client stakeholder management required (C-level, Director, VP)
- Solid project management fundamentals:
- SDLC waterfall and agile, without dogmatism
- Team and resource management skills
- Process oriented
- Project milestone discipline
- PMP is nice to have
- Other technologies or methodologies of which you may show a strong, working knowledge:
- Popular CMS familiarity (Wordpress, Drupal, Shopify, Magento)
- Development tools & workflows (IDEs, Git, content management)
- Design prototyping and production tools (CC, Sketch, Figma, Invision, etc)
- Common hosted environments (the big 3 + specific, managed hosting for CMS)
- Information architecture and discovery research experience are highly desirable
- Familiarity with digital marketing and/or design is nice but not required
Finally, you’ll stand out as a candidate if you demonstrate desire to influence operational processes, if you have strong presentation and reporting skills, and if you show full cycle product management experience. You’ll be kicking off projects, designing project briefs and documentation, closely collaborating with client stakeholders to define project metrics and goals, and growing client relationships.
