Energy Systems Southeast, LLC (ESSE), is currently searching for a Parts Administrator. 

 

Typical Duties Include:


  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Helping to clean and organize the warehouse.
  • Occasionally assisting technicians with repairs.
  • Occasionally delivering parts to technicians in the local area.
  • Receiving product. Details will be filled in during interview but includes the following.

Verifying packing slips match counts

Inspecting for damage.

Communicating delivery of parts for jobs to appropriate person.

Labeling anything that comes in for a job and placing it in the correct place.

Putting away stock items in the correct place.


  • General housekeeping both inside warehouse and yard and parking lot.

Keeping warehouse organized clean and safe.

Occasional parts delivery to technicians.

Helping with shipments.

Helping with freight damage repairs.

 

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • Drug-Free Workplace: Must be able to pass a drug test upon hiring and any time during employment (random drug testing with a zero-tolerance policy).
  • Clean driving record.
  • Strong work ethic required: initiative, tenacity & enjoys a challenge.
  • Must have basic to average proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, and Internet-based programs.
