In this role, you'll spearhead our communications initiatives and play a key role in our marketing, advertising, and consulting services for major national companies and corporations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and maintain open lines of communication with senior management.
  • Event Management: Organize and oversee community events, representing the company as the spokesperson.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers and effectively communicate our promotional services.
  • Strategic Development: Create community-based strategies and campaigns to enhance our market presence.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with consumer, community, employee, and public interest groups.
  • Coaching: Train client representatives in effective communication with the public and employees.
  • Public Relations Strategy: Analyze organizational objectives and promotional needs to craft strategies that shape public opinion and promote our products and services.
  • Brand Management: Ensure the consistency of the organization’s image and identity.
  • Trend Analysis: Work with the Operations Director to identify trends and evaluate advertising efforts to align with public relations goals.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in community relations, sales, or a related field.
  • Rapport Building: Proven ability to connect with the community and establish strong relationships.
  • Multitasking: Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional Growth: Eagerness to engage in professional development and take on new challenges.
