As a Maintenance Technician at HH Red Stone, you will be responsible for a wide range of property maintenance tasks, including:


  • Plumbing: Repairing, replacing, or installing faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, and garbage disposals.
  • Electrical: Repairing, replacing, or installing power switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights, and ceiling fans.
  • Drywall Repair: Filling holes caused by nails or minor dings from normal wear and tear, typically during apartment turnovers.
  • Painting: Performing minor touch-ups following damage repair and applying new coats of paint to unit walls between residents.
  • Appliance Repair: Repairing, replacing, or installing household appliances such as stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, refrigerators, washers, and dryers.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Conducting maintenance on heating and air-conditioning systems, plumbing fixtures, and smoke detectors.
  • Health and Safety Maintenance: Ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents by performing necessary health and safety maintenance tasks.
  • Lock Installation: Installing locks to enhance the security of our properties.


To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:


  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in all maintenance trades, including plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair.
