  2. Set up die-cutting equipment by installing the correct dies, making necessary adjustments, and conducting test runs to achieve optimal results.
  3. Monitor the die-cutting process, inspecting materials for quality, and making real-time adjustments to maintain production efficiency and quality standards.
  4. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on die-cutting machines to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation.
  5. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets and ensure timely completion of customer orders.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and company policies to create a safe working environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in machine operation or a related field is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience operating die-cutting machines in a manufacturing or printing environment.
  3. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with machinery, with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance.
  4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills to ensure precision and quality in the die-cutting process.
  6. Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
