2. Sales Lead Management: You will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming sales leads to achieve individual and team goals and revenue targets.
3. Online Customer Support: You will proactively respond to online customer inquiries, offering sales assistance via live chats and phone calls. Your focus will be on providing a luxury customer experience that reflects the quality of our products.
4. Continuous Improvement: You will review customer feedback surveys and online reviews, collaborating with your leaders to enhance the customer experience and improve sales performance.
5. Sales Strategy: You will employ sales strategies and innovative problem-solving techniques to guide customers through various purchasing decisions, including ring settings and diamond selections.
6. Product Knowledge: You will develop and showcase extensive product knowledge, particularly concerning our diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry.
7. ERP Utilization: You will efficiently use our ERP system to manage tasks and facilitate cross-functional communication.
8. Brand Advocacy: You will serve as a brand advocate, sharing our mission of creating a more sustainable, transparent, and compassionate jewelry industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience in luxury retail sales.
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this position."
