We seek licensed clinicians LCSW, LMHC, and LMFT for full-time positions in Oahu, Hawaii.

Experience with children/adolescents is highly valued.

Clinicians can have onsite or hybrid scheduling but must live on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $64,300 to $114,300 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

  • Independent therapist license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Independent Mental Health License in Hawaii
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
  • Solid computer and basic technology skills
  • Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development.
  • Initiative-taking and independent clinicians who can quickly build rapport with clients.

  • Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations.
  • Experience with children or adolescents.
  • Experience with couples or family counseling.
  • Experience with clinical therapy.
