Qualifications
Flexible availability, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
Quick to absorb and master product knowledge, staying abreast of the latest features and options.
Exceptional communication skills to engage and assist customers effectively.
Present yourself professionally with a well-groomed appearance.
Maintain a clean driving record.
Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
Responsibilities
Cultivate lasting relationships with customers, guiding them through the vehicle selection process by actively listening to their needs and preferences.
Become an expert on our vehicle offerings, understanding every detail, option package, and technological feature.
Conduct polished and informative demonstrations of new and used vehicles, showcasing their features and benefits.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster referral business.
Learn to address customer objections and thrive in sales scenarios, turning challenges into opportunities.
Report directly to the Sales Manager, providing updates on objectives, planned activities, and performance analysis.
