Seniorr CNC Technician

As a Senior CNC Technician (also known as CNC Operator, CNC Machinist), you'll be responsible for all aspects of the CNC machines, including setup, monitoring, making offsets and adjustments, and changing cutting tools. You will also operate multiple machines simultaneously, complete inspection documentation, maintain a clean and orderly workspace, and adhere to safety procedures.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in CNC machine setup and operation.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, machine setups for production runs, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience working with automated cells (robots, conveyors, etc.) and changing cutting tools as needed.
• Knowledge of Fanuc controls (18i-21i, 31i), Lathes & Mills, fixture design, tooling application, and inspection techniques.
• Ability to use measuring equipment (i.e., Calipers, micrometers, Drop indicators) and work to fine tolerances.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and excellent written and verbal communication.
