The role & department
Fokker Services Americas is seeking an entry-level, full-time, precision cleaning technician to perform all cleaning duties for aircraft component repairs.
Your key responsibilities
In this position, your main responsibilities and duties are:
- The ideal candidate must have a well-developed sense of responsibility and time management.
- Must be team-oriented with the ability to work within multiple departments where effective communication, professionalism, and reliability are of the utmost importance.
- Candidate must be safety conscious and have the ability to read and comprehend FAA data including CMM’s, SOP’s, Consumable Equivalencies, and ERA’s.
- Must have basic computer skills.
What do we ask from you?
The successful applicant would:
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Safely work in an environment that contains numerous chemicals
- Perform component cleaning processes
- Maintain cleaning and media blast areas
- Wear PPE as required by process and/or policy
- Other duties assigned by Product Line Managers
