We are hiring Entry-Level Machine Operators for a manufacturing company in Conroe, TX This is a fantastic long-term job opportunity with a starting pay of $14/hr plus shift differential. Multiple shifts are available.
Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM - $14.00/hr
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM - $14.50/hr
  • 3rd Shift: Saturday - Tuesday 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM - $14.75/hr
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor bag counts and perform basic entry-level operator tasks
  • Operate 4-6 machines simultaneously each shift
  • Maintain a fast pace and follow directions with attention to detail
  • Communicate machine issues to Leads and the next shift worker
  • Stand for long periods throughout the shift
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Mechanical aptitude, commitment, and good attendance
Dress Attire:
  • Jeans, steel-toed boots, and a work-appropriate shirt
  • Other PPE provided by the client

  • Enjoy a clean, climate-controlled workspace
