Finance & Risk Analyst

The Finance & Risk Analyst is responsible for daily financial journal entries, monitoring daily close and analyzing the data, and adjusting as needed. This role is also responsible for communicating on the phone with theater management regarding discrepancies and questions. In addition, this role is responsible for resolving credit card disputes, processing credit card refunds, and assisting with internal controls & auditing.

$20 - $23 hourly

• Reconciling daily accounting reports
• Compiling financial and performance reports
• Maintaining all records
• Acting as liaison between the theaters and corporations regarding financial data
• Compiling payroll & labor reports
• Assisting in the completion of PCI DSS compliance
• Maintaining credit card processors
• Resolving credit card disputes & refunds
• Auditing theater activities
• Assisting in film rental completion weekly
• Assisting and backing up within the accounts payable department

• Candidates should have excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft word and excel
• Familiarity with Vista POS and common accounting back office systems helpful
