The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within science and engineering.


Requirements:
  • Provides high-level expertise in developing complex applications and sites using SharePoint 2016 , SharePoint Online, and other platforms employed by the National Science Foundation (NSF.gov).
  • Defines functional requirements based on business needs, produces and maintains detailed technical documentation, and provides user support on technical issues.
  • Provides project plans, and weekly and monthly status reports.
  • Directs the completion of tasks within project estimated time frames and project budget constraints.
  • Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
  • Provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top-level contributor/specialist.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of SharePoint management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years working in an agile software development environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team transitioning an agency or customer from on-premise or cloud-based SharePoint to Microsoft 365 or other software platform.
  • Experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) development, Sybase, AWS, Azure, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft/Office 365 and JIRA.
  • Excellent communications (both written and spoken) including customer support.
  • Extensive experience in FISMA act of 2014 [Title III, PL 113-283], Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Control, NIST SP 800.X and NSF IT security and privacy policies, procedures and guidance.
  • Active public trust (Tier 1 or Tier 2 investigation level) and experience working within the federal government sector as a contractor or employee.
