Containers on Demand is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. We specialize in providing large container solutions to a diverse range of clients and industries.

Location: Show Low, AZ

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the large container distribution sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to promote suitable company products.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand industry trends.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide feedback to management on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional strategies.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and build brand awareness.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide input into product development and innovation based on market feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the container distribution industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Preferred, but not required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
