Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the large container distribution sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to promote suitable company products.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand industry trends.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide feedback to management on sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional strategies.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and build brand awareness.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide input into product development and innovation based on market feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the container distribution industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Preferred, but not required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
