Job Title: Corporate Paralegal

Location - based in Deerfield, IL 60015 this role is onsite 5 Days a week

Salary : $90K to $115K plus bonus Depending on experience DOE - full time role

Company relocation - At this time, client will NOT relocate for this role

Key Qualifications: Skills/Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 5 or more years of experience ideally
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Serve within the legal department, working with in-house legal counsel to provide paralegal support for corporate and transactional matters

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing the review of documents and non-disclosure agreements
  • Assisting with document preparation, document review, recordkeeping, and file management
  • Collaborating with outside counsel, operating companies, registered agents, and service providers
  • Preparing and filing documents, amendments, foreign-state qualifications, annual reports, legalizations, etc.
  • Preparing spreadsheets, files, organization charts, etc.
  • Maintaining internal tracking and reporting of entity and/or transaction related information
  • Responding to standard corporate operating documents and procedures
