Process Architect

  • Design and implement IT service management (ITSM) processes and tools to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize AI and Copilot integration to automate and streamline IT shared services and enhance user experience.
  • Leverage Teams integration to facilitate communication and collaboration among IT service teams and stakeholders.
  • Integrate technology and process solutions to reduce the involvement of level 1 teams and provide quicker direct support from backend teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of ITSM processes and tools and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead project teams during the design and construction process, ensuring seamless integration of process systems into architectural plans.
  • Work within budget constraints while optimizing process efficiency.
  • Consider environmental impact and sustainability in process design
  • Align process solutions with IT client requirements

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in ITSM process design and implementation, preferably with JIRA or 5 years of experience in data architecture principles, methods, techniques, and technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM best practices and frameworks, such as ITIL, COBIT, or ISO/IEC 20000.
  • Proficient in AI and Copilot technologies and their applications to IT service management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing architectural solutions to address strategic and tactical business needs
Pay Rate: 85/Hr
