The Production Manager (specific to the sign industry) will effectively lead the Fabrication team focused on success, quality, productivity, teamwork and accountability. Must be organized, detailed, and self-starter.

This is a dual role of management and hands on production.
Having electrical/UL Experience is a bonus.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be computer savvy and willing to learn to be proficient in various software programs.
  • Must know basic math and able to read a ruler.
  • Have excellent communication and team building skills.
  • Drive cross training and teaching new skillsets.
  • Maintain and improve safety standards.
  • Experience in the sign making or fabrication are mandatory.
  • Knowledge of CNC routing and engraving is a plus.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Must be able to place onto and retrieve various types of substrates from a substrate rack including the upper shelves.
  • Must be in good physical condition and be able to lift at least 75 lbs.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
  • Good attendance.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Create and implement new processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
