We are seeking a skilled and passionate nail technician who shares our commitment to health, wellness, and natural beauty. At Ethereal Wellness and Esthetics, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality nail services and ensuring client satisfaction while adhering to our salon's standards for safety and natural beauty.

Responsibilities:


  • Perform a range of natural nail services in accordance with salon protocols.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain a clean workspace, adhering to our safety and hygiene standards.
  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients.
  • Assist in inventory management, ensuring that all nail care supplies and equipment are adequately stocked and maintained.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the salons growth and reputation by providing exceptional service and promoting our natural nail care philosophy.

Qualifications:


  • Valid, active professional license.
  • Knowledge of and experience with natural nail care techniques.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to listen to and understand client needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
