Parts Director Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the parts department, including staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve department efficiency and productivity

  • Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of automotive parts, ensuring optimal inventory levels

Parts Director Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a parts management role within the automotive manufacturing industry

  • In-depth knowledge of automotive parts, inventory management, and supply chain processes

  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in using inventory management software and other relevant tools

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field is preferred
