Your day to day as a Registered Nurse Homecare

As a new Registered Nurse Homecare at JGS Lifecare, you can expect a fulfilling and dynamic role. Your daily responsibilities will include providing compassionate care to patients, coordinating with healthcare teams, and assessing patient needs. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your problem-solving skills while delivering exceptional care to our clients in Longmeadow.

The position entails a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with on-call duties and rotating weekend/holiday shifts to ensure comprehensive patient care coverage. Your empathetic nature and dedication to excellence will shine as you contribute to our patient-centered care approach.

To thrive as a Registered Nurse Homecare at JGS Lifecare, you must possess essential skills and qualifications. A valid RN license is a requirement, showcasing your credibility and adherence to professional standards. Strong communication skills are crucial for effectively liaising with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Attention to detail is vital for accurate patient assessments and treatment administration. Time management skills will aid in juggling patient care tasks efficiently within the designated schedule. Proficiency in basic computer skills is beneficial for documenting patient information accurately.
