Job skills/Requirements:The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job. But here are a few skills you should have from the get-go, as well as some requirements:
  • Assists counter help in preparing sandwiches for both in-store and delivery orders.
  • Prep the necessary food items.
  • Performs daily cleaning duties.
  • Takes delivery orders to guests while following Service standards.
  • Ensures the Delivery Tracker is completed when directed by a manager.
  • Answers telephones and runs delivery POS following Service standards.
  • Carries appropriate car insurance (and continues carrying appropriate car insurance).
  • Be able to work nights and weekends
