  • DIRECT HIRE
  • ON-SITE
  • HOURLY PAY RATE: $45+ WITH POTENTIAL SIGN-ON BONUS AND RELOCATION

  • BSN or AA in Nursing with ability to complete ASAP is required
  • MS preferred or ability to complete ASAP
  • Licensed in WY
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE? As a DIRECTOR OF ER, you will oversee the operations of the emergency department, ensuring efficient patient care, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. You will also handle budgeting, strategic planning, and coordination with other hospital departments to optimize emergency servicesWHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • · Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the ER to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • · Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise ER staff, including doctors, nurses, and support personnel.
  • · Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Manage the ER budget, including resource allocation and cost control.
  • · Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the ER complies with healthcare regulations, standards, and hospital policies.
  • · Strategic Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement strategies to improve ER services and coordinate with other hospital departments.
