Information Technology Intern

At POSaBIT, we are innovators in the cannabis industry, providing innovative software solutions for point-of-sale and payments that cater specifically to cannabis retailers across the country. Our platform ensures compliance, enhances customer experiences, and optimizes operations for over 500 locations across 23 states. We are based in the Greater Seattle Area and continuing to expand our services throughout the country.

- Provide support with any Salesforce interface changes
- Responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to network administration, information technology, troubleshooting, network security, customer service and help with any general office duties as needed
- Actively pursuing a degree in Information Technology or similar field
- Strong interest in learning on the job with the ability to work well both independently and with others
- Ability to work on a hybrid basis and be in office located in Bellevue, WA twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
