RENTAL AGENT - Ourisman Toyota of Richmond 

Ourisman Toyota of Richmond is expanding our TRAC (Toyota Rent A Car) Department and adding to our staff

Previous experience in the rental field helpful but not necessary. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include some Saturdays.

Job Responsibilities

• Create the optimal rental experience by maximizing on sales and service opportunities for every customer
• Greet customers professionally and prepare the rental agreement
• Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations
• Meet all sales and service standards
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness (wash and vacuum) as needed
• Maintain inventory on a daily basis
• Handle all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner
• Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs

Qualifications

• Ability to follow defined service and sales process
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some Saturdays
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Previous customer service or rental experience preferred
• Valid Virginia driver’s license
