- Schedule: Three shifts to choose from
- 1st Shift | Thursday to Saturday, with alternating Sundays | 7am to 7pm
- Mid Shift | Monday to Friday | 12noon to 9pm
- Night Shift | Monday to Friday | 330pm to 12midnight

- Process, produce, and inspect semiconductor chips during manufacturing.
- Set up and operate production machines, including lapping and polishing equipment.
- Measure and record process data in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Handle and manipulate wafers using precision tools such as tweezers and microscopes.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality and identify any defects.
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation throughout the process.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.
- Adhere to cleanroom protocols and safety guidelines to maintain product integrity.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment, particularly in assembly or manufacturing.
- Proficient in using microscopes, hand tools, and tweezers for handling small devices.
- Ability to plan, layout, and operate production equipment with precision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures.
- Experience with ISO 9001 standards and process documentation is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
- Excellent manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for handling delicate components.
