Mercy Community Healthcare has a position open for Licensed Clinical Therapist at our Lewisburg Location. Applicants must be a licensed LMFT, LPC-MHSP or LCSW.

We provide care to the uninsured, underinsured and insured through pediatric and adult primary care, mental and behavioral health services, and Patient Support/care coordination.

What Is This Job All About?

  • You will be providing therapeutic counseling services for clients and their families through assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and referral process.
  • Collaborate with clinical supervisors to provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to other team members in an area of expertise.
  • Provide leadership and coordination in planning and developing treatment goals, termination criteria, and appropriate interventions for assigned clients.
  • Oversee administrative responsibilities related to area of expertise and complete documentation as required by agency and licensing standards in a timely manner.
  • Safeguard the physical and psychologica safety of clients, report immediately any circumstances of abuse and/or neglect of clients, or circumstances which otherwise appear to violate client rights and develop an environment that will empower families and children to grow and change.

What We Need from You:

  • You must be a licensed LMFT, LPC-MHSP or LCSW.
  • Two years post graduate work experience with youth and their families in a clinical setting and/or post graduate work experience in the treatment of addictions preferred.
  • Must be able to be contracted with most insurance payers. The position includes risk of exposure to communicable diseases; therefore, the therapist must receive training on/and then practice universal health precautions.
