Position Overview:
We are actively seeking dynamic and skilled Plumbers to become part of our team and act as representatives of Nandail Property Management. As a valued team member, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, Install repair, and maintain plumbing systems in multi-family residential environments.
- Experience performing repairs with copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and other piping.
- Ability to detect sources of leaks within the confines of the building, underground, working internally and on the exterior of the building to find the source of error.
- Perform drain cleaning on plumbing systems
- Perform Sewage backup troubleshooting and repairs
- Work with blueprints and job specifications as it apply to the craft
- Identity proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects
- Review blueprints, building codes, or specifications to determine work details or procedures.
- Keeps records of work assignments
- Repairs, removes and / or replaces system components.
- Installs green plumbing equipment, such as faucet flow restrictors, dual-flush or pressure-assisted flush toilets, or tankless water heaters.
- Welds small pipes or special piping, using specialized techniques, equipment, or materials, such as computer-assisted welding or microchip fabrication.
- Performs other business-related duties, as required.
• Valid plumbing license.
• Own transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using plumbing tools.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
