BMSS, LLC is looking for a Client Experience Specialist to join our Administrative team. BMSS was established in Birmingham in 1991 and has grown to become a top 100 advisory and CPA firm in the U.S. We have four locations in Alabama (Hoover, Downtown Birmingham, Gadsden, Huntsville) as well as one in Mississippi (Ridgeland). This position will need to be based out of our Huntsville office location

Our services include tax planning, compliance and assurance, merger, and acquisition, advisory, wealth management, accounting services, payroll, and IT Support. BMSS strives to give all clients "peace of mind" and believes in exceptional client experience.

What you will be doing:

The Client Experience Specialist serves as the "face of the firm." For many clients and guests, the Client Experience Specialist will be the initial contact for BMSS. Therefore, exceptional guest service is top priority.

Skills needed to be successful:

  • Must have exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a friendly and professional disposition
  • Skills to oversee conference room calendars and anticipate guest/client needs as well as BMSS staff's needs for meetings with clients
  • Ensure all conference room supplies, Keurig accessories and lobby mini fridge are stocked at all times
  • Order lunch for in office lunch meetings, coordinate with runners to pick up food, etc.
  • Establish a rapport with clients and maintain great relationships with them
