Primary Responsibilities
Primary duties and responsibilities include mowing lawn either by hand or using a riding lawnmower. Trim and edge around walks, flower beds and walls. Landscape by spreading mulch and planting flowers, shrubs or bushes. Keep sidewalks and parking areas clear, clean and safe. Apply chemicals for weed and insect control.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
Work in outdoor environment in heat of day. Safely operate both hand lawn equipment and riding mower. Requires prolonged periods of standing and walking with some moderate physical labor. Lift 50 pounds on occasion.
