Perfect Smiles of Oak Forest | Dental Treatment Coordinator | Full Time

Our office is growing, and we are looking to add a Full Time Treatment Coordinator to our friendly team At Perfect Smiles of Oak Forest, we are dedicated to improving your oral health and helping you achieve your perfect smile. Our team strives to create a comfortable experience for our patients through our compassionate care and the family like atmosphere.

The ideal candidate is someone who is friendly, compassionate and loves working with patients to help achieve their smile goals.

Job Duties:

  • Verifying PPO insurance plans / collecting payments
  • Presenting treatment plan presentations to patients
  • Checking patients in and out
  • Obtaining needed information
  • Answering phone calls

Requirements:

  • Dental experience preferred but not necessary
  • Front desk customer service and communication skills
  • Experience working with Dentrix preffered

Hours:

  • Monday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
  • Tuesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Wednesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:00am - 2:00pm (every other Saturday)
