Hotel Front Desk Agent

Fearrington Village is an English-inspired property nestled in the idyllic countryside of North Carolina. Our southern hospitality is part of everything we do as we aim to make each of our guests feel welcome. 

Located 15 minutes from Chapel Hill, our property is one of the original Relais & Chateaux destinations in North America since 1980, complete with an award-winning fine-dining restaurant, luxury 32-room inn, spa, boutique shops, a beer and pizza garden, events spaces, and one of the state’s last remaining independent bookstores.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Hourly compensation depends on experience

• After a 90-day probation period, the employee is entitled to the following:

The Fearrington House Inn, a member of Relais & Chateaux, has an immediate need for full-time experienced front desk agent to join our team.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience with a luxury hotel property; be customer service oriented, reliable and able to react quickly under pressure with a smile.

Ideal candidates should be available to work 2-11pm as well as weekends and holidays. Other day shifts might be available as needed.

Must have a clean driving record to valet cars.

Other responsibilities included, but not limited to, are: taking reservations, check-in, check-out, concierge services and taking care of miscellaneous items that come up within the Village.
